A COMMITMENT TO PACKAGING EXCELLENCE

Rod Meussner

CEO

Rod has been instrumental in helping drive and manage the Company’s growth and profitability since joining the team in 1990. Before becoming CEO, he played a major role in revenue improvement as the Vice President of Sales, managing both customer and supplier relationships. As CEO, he continues to foster a culture of profitable expansion and dedication to market leadership by ensuring the Company is providing specific markets with innovative products and knowledgeable responsive services and solutions.

Prior to joining Frontier, Rod was in Sales Management for Willamette Industries in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in the Alaskan seafood industry.

Rod has served on several boards and is a former President of the Northwest Forum, a 70 year old business organization in Seattle. He is a 1980 University of Washington graduate with a B.S. degree in Communications and Marketing.

Brian Reisenauer

PRESIDENT

Brian Reisenauer has been the President of Frontier Packaging since September 2022, bringing with him over 20 years of commercial banking experience. He has a thorough understanding of the financial landscape in the Pacific Northwest and has worked extensively in Washington, Alaska, and British Columbia, with a focus on seafood lending.

Before joining Frontier Packaging, Brian spent eight years managing a team of commercial bankers, handling a diverse range of clients that included middle-market companies and large corporations. His leadership skills, combined with his ability to develop and retain top talent, earned him a reputation as a results-oriented leader.

In his free time, Brian enjoys coaching his three children’s sports teams and spending time at his cabin in the Cascade Mountains, where he can indulge his love of the outdoors. He is also learning to play the accordion, which reflects his varied curiosities and eagerness to be a lifelong learner. 

Brian was born and raised in Wenatchee, Washington, and has called Seattle home since 2002. He remains deeply connected to the communities where he has lived and worked throughout his career. As President of Frontier Packaging, Brian brings a unique combination of financial expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to the company’s employees and customers.

John Merritt

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

After spending four years in the USAF, John started his packaging career with Stone Container and International Paper in El Paso, Texas, selling corrugated to agricultural customers and maquiladoras in Mexico.

Returning to Washington state, John joined Xpedx selling packaging to agricultural markets in Eastern Washington.

Today, John is responsible for the management of a dynamic team of sales representatives, serving markets in Alaska, Washington, Oregon and British Columbia.
